What is the procedure? 

You should inform our MREC of the starting date of the study. This is the date the first subject signs the consent form.

The study must start within the timeframe stated in the Letter of Approval. We can extend this timeframe upon motivated request.

We document the final starting date of the study in ToetsingOnline.

What should I submit? 

Send the notification ‘study start’ via e-mail along with any attachment(s) to info@stbebo.nl.
